The conversation about paying more for effective public education as a way to avoid much higher incarceration and other costs went onto television Sunday, Aug. 24 as Mike Colllins interviewed two Swann Fellowship Board members about "Education and Poverty in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools."
The interview occurred on "Charlotte Now," the community affairs program airing on WJZY-TV.
